Aeries Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student for school – this is the information that was previously collected by filling out a paper application. Upon completion of the online enrollment, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.
Once you have completed and submitted the online enrollment, the last online step is to print the online confirmation document. You will bring the confirmation document and several other require documents such as a birth certificate, immunizations, and proof of residence to the guidance office to complete the enrollment process. The complete list of required documents is listed in a check list format on the bottom of the confirmation document. If it is more convenient for you, we can print the confirmation page when you bring the other required documents to the guidance office.
It is recommended, once the above steps are completed, that the student entering grades 10-12 makes an appointment with a counselor to go over course selection and evaluate credits needed for graduation. To make the appointment, please call the registrar at 805-688-6487, ext. 3208.
